Business of the Company: IWN Center is a periodical publishing and printing plant that utilizes digital color web presses with variable data printing (VDP) technology to produce patent-pending, interactive personalized newspapers and magazines for targeted audiences delivered through U.S. mail via web-to-print online sales.

IWN Center will create a minimum of 14 jobs, including eight full-time ($27,500 yr) and six part-time ($14,500 yr).  At least seven jobs will go to Bronzeville residents completing a digital printing and publishing training.

Environmental Impact: IWN Center will be designed as a modernist architectural structure by a Chicago architect. The building will adhere to LEED rating system achieving the highest standard of green technology as well as seek membership within the Sustainable Green Printing Partnership program, which identifies ways to reduce waste in manufacturing (printing) processes.

IWN Center will seek a combination of equity financing, including New Market Tax Credits, Stimulus Bill tax incentives and other financial resources to build this facility in the Bronzeville community and hire staff.
